SPSSPRO在抽水蓄能电站移民安置独立评估层次分析法中的应用

Application of SPSSPRO in Analytic Hierarchy Process for Independent Assessment of Resettlement for Pumped Storage Power Station Project

抽水蓄能电站移民安置独立评估工作的重点之一就在于指标体系权重的设立。如何科学地计算指标体系权重,对后续的定量分析工作起到决定性作用。目前依照现行规范,一般通过德尔菲法结合层次分析法进行指标权重的计算。为了提高计算的准确率和工作效率,通过使用SPSSPRO在线统计分析平台,将层次分析法进行计算简化,在移民安置独立评估工作进行实际应用。应用结果表明:采用SPSSPRO的计算结果与使用EXCEL进行常规计算的结果完全相同,均可满足移民安置独立评估权重指标的计算需要。SPSSPRO的计算输出准确,能够大幅度提高工作效率。

One of the key points of the independent assessment of resettlement for pumped storage power stations is the establishment of the weight of the indicator system.How to scientifically calculate the weight of the indicator system will play a decisive role in subsequent quantitative analysis.At present,according to current standards,the calculation of indicator weights is generally done through the Delphi method combined with the analytic hierarchy process.In order to improve the calculation accuracy and work efficiency,the SPSSPRO online statistical analysis platform is used to simplify the calculation of the analytical hierarchy process and make practical applications in the independent evaluation of resettlement.The application results show that the calculation results using SPSSPRO are exactly the same as those using EXCEL for conventional calculations,and both can meet the calculation needs of weight indicators for independent evaluation of resettlement.The calculation output of SPSSPRO is accurate and can greatly improve work efficiency.
