基于Web端的大坝填筑分仓规划BIM技术应用

摘要 BIM技术在工程行业的推广应用已是大势所趋,如何提高BIM技术在具体施工环节中的应用水平,为项目带来生产价值和经济效益,是当前亟需解决的难题和重点。以新疆大石峡水利枢纽工程BIM中心为依托,开发大坝填筑在线分仓规划系统模块,进行大坝填筑前的坝面分仓规划工作。以三维模型分仓成果为数据载体,映射项目施工业务数据,构建数据可视化的管理模式,有效助推筑坝质量和施工效率的提高。结果表明:基于Web端BIM中心基础平台的搭建,降低了BIM技术应用对基础硬件设备的配置要求,提高了项目各参建单位之间的协作效率,对不同业务间的信息共享也提供了交互基础。基于Web端的大坝填筑分仓规划BIM技术可在类似工程中推广应用。 The promotion and application of BIM technology in the engineering industry has become a general trend.How to improve the application level of BIM technology in specific construction processes and to bring production value and economic benefits to projects is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Based on the BIM center of the Dashixia Water Conservancy Project in Xinjiang,we have developed an online partition planning system module for dam filling,and carried out the planning of the dam surface partition before dam filling.Using 3D model partition results as data carriers,mapping project construction data,the paper constructs a data visualization management mode which effectively improves the dam construction quality and efficiency.At the same time,the construction of a web-based BIM platform has reduced the configuration requirements on basic hardware equipment by BIM technology applications,and improved the collaboration efficiency among project participators,providing an interactive foundation for information sharing between different works.The web-based BIM technology for dam filling and partition planning has market promotion prospects in similar engineering projects.
