摘要
近年来叠合楼板在装配式建筑中得到了广泛的应用,受限于预制层和现浇层当前施工工艺,导致叠合后楼板整体过厚,通过寻求一种叠合板外附工具技术与高效施工工艺有望解决此问题。采用外附型钢技术提高预制底板的刚度和承载能力,从而减小预制底板与现浇层的厚度,从技术原理、技术工艺两个角度上验证了其可行性,分析了该工艺的技术优劣势,包括经济效益、时间成本、社会效益、技术难点等。采用外附型钢技术提高预制底板的刚度和承载能力,保证其在施工与脱模阶段的受力从理论计算上是可行的。从技术工艺上,采用预制底板外附型钢技术,在工厂生产工艺上步骤有所增加,在堆场运输上增加了运输次数与运输风险,但是减少了施工阶段的工作量,总体工艺上是可行的。
In recent years,laminated floor slabs have been widely used in prefabricated buildings.Due to the current construction technology of prefabricated layers and cast-in-place layers,the overall thickness of the laminated floor slabs is too thick.The construction process is expected to solve this problem.In this paper,the externally attached section steel technology is used to improve the rigidity and bearing capacity of the prefabricated bottom plate,thereby reducing the thickness of the prefabricated bottom plate and the cast-in-place layer.The feasibility is verified from the perspectives of technical principle and technical process,and the technical advantages of this process are analyzed.Disadvantages,including economic benefits,time costs,social benefits,technical difficulties,etc.The results show that the rigidity and bearing capacity of the prefabricated bottom plate can be improved by the technology of externally attached section steel,and it is theoretically feasible to ensure its force in the construction and demoulding stages.
