摘要
针对汽车转向系统的HIL测试流程展开研究,首先分析了进度超期和失效率过高的原因,随后针对出现问题的环节分别基于Python开发了自动化工具进行优化,并详细讲解了程序编写的核心思路,从而有效缩短了HIL测试的活动总工期,为其他类似的产品开发和技术研究提供了参考借鉴。
This paper does the research on the HIL testing process of automotive steering system.Firstly,it analyzes reasons of the overdue schedule and high failure rate.Secondly,the automatic tools are developed based on Python to optimize the process and the paper introduces core thoughts of programs.Finally,these tools shorten the total activity duration of HIL tests effectively.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for other similar product development and technical research.
