摘要
通过形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、硬度及力学性能测试等方法对发动机曲轴进行综合试验以分析曲轴断裂原因。结果表明:由于曲轴靠后端的止推面受到止推瓦的摩擦而产生严重磨损和局部异常高温,导致金相组织和力学性能发生改变,产生裂纹并扩展,最终导致曲轴断裂。
In this paper,by means of observation,chemical composition analysis,microstrcuture examiation,mechanical property testing,the engine crankshaft were analyzed.The results showed that the thrust shoe rubs against the the thrust face of engine lead to the thrust face of engine has heavy were,so that high temperature of thrust face changes metallurgical structure and mechanical property and the crack is initiated in crankshaft and expands.At last,the crankshaft parts.
