人本理念护理在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Application effects of humanistic concept nursing in convalescent patients with schizophrenia

目的:观察人本理念护理在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2021年1月该院收治的86例恢复期精神分裂症患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人本理念护理。比较两组护理前后社会功能、睡眠质量及生命质量。结果:护理后,观察组住院精神病人社会功能评定量表中各项目评分均高于对照组;匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及精神分裂症患者生活质量量表中各项目评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人本理念护理应用于恢复期精神分裂症患者,可提高社会功能评分,并可降低睡眠质量和生命质量评分,其护理效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic concept nursing in convalescent patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 86 convalescent patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the humanistic concept nursing.The social function,the sleep quality and the quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of each items in the scale of social function in psychosis inpatients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of each items in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the schizophrenia quality of life scale were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The humanistic concept nursing in the convalescent patients with schizophrenia can improve the social function scores and reduce the sleep quality and quality of life scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
