中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, IPF)是一种病因不明的慢性进展性、迁延性、难治性肺疾病,病死率高且治疗手段有限。中医的不断发展为IPF患者症状的缓解与生存质量的提高带来了福音。文章对IPF的中医病名、病机、中医药治疗进行了综述,并从抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗血管新生、自噬、抗上皮间质转化、抗衰老、抗内质网应激等方面对中医药治疗IPF的作用机制进行分析。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a chronic progressive,persistent and refractory pulmonary disease of unknown etiology,with high mortality and limited treatment.The continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine has brought good news for the relief of symptoms and improvement of quality of life of IPF patients.This article reviews the name,pathogenesis and treatment of IPF in traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzes the mechanism of the treatment of IPF by traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,anti-angiogenesis,autophagy,anti-epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,anti-aging,anti-endoplasmic reticulum stress,etc.
