重型药疹的中西医研究进展

Review of Chinese and Western Medicine for Heavy Drug Rash

重型药疹为药物经吸入、注射或者口服等途径进入人体后引发的皮肤及黏膜炎性反应,可导致机体其他系统受累。重症药疹具有病情危重、进展速度快以及致死率高等特点,极大地损害患者的生命健康。临床上关于重型药疹的治疗方法较多,但是在应用剂量及使用时机等方面仍然存在较大的争议,中医在重型药疹的治疗方面具有独特的优势;文章就重型药疹的治疗方法及进展情况进行分析,现综述如下。

heavy drug eruption is an inflammatory reaction of the skin and mucosa that is triggered after the drug has been introduced into the body through inhalation,injection,or oral route,which can lead to the involvement of other systems of the body.Severe drug eruption is characterized by critical illness,rapid progression,and high lethality,which greatly damages the life health of patients.There are many treatments for severe drug rash in the clinic,but there is still a great controversy about the application dose and the timing of use,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a unique advantage in the treatment of severe drug rash;In this review,we specifically discuss the management and progress of severe drug eruption.
