小儿推拿在脑源性偏瘫临床护理中的应用

Application of Pediatric Tuina in the Clinical Care of Children with Cerebral Hemiplegia

目的 探讨小儿推拿在脑源性偏瘫患儿临床护理中的疗效。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的脑源性偏瘫患儿95例分为观察组51例,对照组44例。给予两组患儿同等的基本治疗及护理干预,观察组患儿另给予推拿干预。疗程结束后,观察两组患儿的四肢肌张力、粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评分、精细运动功能发育量表(PDMS-2)评分、治疗效果。结果 护理后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿四肢肌力均上升、肌张力均降低(P<0.05),观察组肌力大于对照组、肌张力低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿粗大运动功能评估量表评分、精细运动功能发育量表评分均升高(P<0.05),观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 给予脑源性偏瘫患儿推拿干预,可改善患儿肌力、肌张力,有利于患儿肢体运动功能恢复,提高治疗恢复效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of pediatric tuina in the clinical care of children with cerebral hemiplegia.Methods Ninety-five children with cerebral hemiplegia in Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled,and classified into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=44)according to different nursing care methods.All children received conventional symptomatic treatment,based on this,observation group received tuina.Then the limb muscle tension,Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM),Peabody Developmental Motor(PDMS-2)Scales and clinical effect were compared between two groups.Result The overall efficacy rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The limb muscle strength increased and muscle tension decreased after treatment.The muscle strength of children in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05),and the muscle tension was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).GMFM and PDMS-2 scores were increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and observation group scored higher on GMFM and PDMS-2 than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of pediatric tuina in the clinical care of children with cerebral hemiplegia can effectively improve the muscle strength and muscle tension of children,which is conducive to the recovery of limb motor function of children.
