摘要
针对旅游管理专业课程实验环节“重讲授”、注入式教学、实验教学效果不突出等问题,尝试将“对分教学”模式应用于旅游线路开发与设计实验环节。突出“以学生为中心”,对实验内容进行了整体连贯性梳理,对实验过程进行周密的设计,对学生成绩的考核加入了情感、能力、创新等维度的考查。通过“对分课堂”的实验教学改革,学生的学习主动性和积极性得到了有效促动,在具备设计旅游线路的基本专业能力外,在团体协作、领导力、专业认同、创新能力等方面有显著提升,有效达成旅游学科应具备的知识、能力、情感等培养目标。
The paper tries to apply the"Pad Class Teaching"to the experiment of Tourism Route Development and Design,aiming at the current problems in the experimental phase of Tourism Specialty such as"stressing teaching",injection teaching and poor experimental teaching effect etc."Pad Class Teaching"highlights"student-centered",combines the overall consistency of the experimental content,and carefully designs the experimental process.It also incorporates other dimensions such as emotions,abilities,and innovation into the assessment of students'achievement.Through the experimental teaching reform of"Pad Class Teaching",students'learning initiative and enthusiasm have been effectively stimulated.Besides having the basic professional ability of designing tourism route,students have significantly improved the aspects of team cooperation,leadership power,professional identity,innovation ability,etc.The reform also effectively achieves the cultivation goals of knowledge,ability and emotion required by the Tourism Specialty.
