摘要
新时代,推动乡村教师专业成长是乡村教育的现实诉求。嵌入式合作以乡村教师现实需求为起点,可持续发展为目标,注重多元主体深度交融,围绕合作的不同阶段,构建“关系—需求—赋能”三阶嵌入合作路径。实践层面,以H小学为例探索嵌入式合作的具体实施:组建团队,建立异质主体间信任关系;萃取问题,确定乡村教师的实际需求;需求驱动,确立“以知识建构为基础,以教学力为核心,以教研力为导向”的合作主题,赋能乡村教师专业成长。
In the new era,promoting the professional growth of rural teachers is a practical demand for rural education.Embedded cooperation starts from the practical needs of rural teachers,with sustainable development as the goal,emphasizing the deep integration of multiple subjects,and constructing a three-stage embedded cooperation path of"relationship demand empowerment"around different stages of cooperation.On a practical level,taking H Primary School as an example,exploring the specific implementation of embedded cooperation:forming teams and establishing trust relationships between heterogeneous entities;Extracting problems to determine the actual needs of rural teachers;Driven by demand,establish a collaborative theme of"based on knowledge construction,with teaching and research capabilities as the core,and guided by teaching and research capabilities"to empower the professional growth of rural teachers.
