摘要
物联网时代下的中国企业管理模式理论研究尚不充分。鉴于此,本文以海尔“人单合一”模式为对象,对其进行深入研究,提出基于大规模个性化定制的企业管理模式创新构想,将大规模个性化定制的三维结构(用户维、生产维、服务维)逐一对应企业管理模式基本构成要素(管理哲学引领下的战略导向、组织机制、激励机制)。这一创新构想不仅拓展了中国企业管理模式相关理论研究,而且对物联网时代下的中国企业管理模式构建及经营管理水平提升具有一定指导意义。
The theoretical research on the management mode of Chinese enterprises in the era of the Internet of Things(IoT)is not yet sufficient.In view of this,this paper takes Haier’s“RenDanHeYi”mode as the object to carry out in-depth research on it,proposes an innovative concept of enterprise management mode based on massive personalized customization,and corresponds the three-dimensional structure of massive personalized customization(user dimension,production dimension,service dimension)to the basic elements of enterprise management mode(strategic orientation guided by management philosophy,organizational mechanism,incentive mechanism)one by one.This innovative concept not only expands the theoretical research on Chinese enterprise management mode,but also has certain guiding significance for the construction of Chinese enterprise management mode and the improvement of business management levels in the era of the Internet of Things.
