摘要
预制混凝土外挂墙板适用各种类型的主体结构和外立面要求。结合工程实例,对预制混凝土外挂墙板设计中的变形形式、连接节点、安装、试验等问题进行设计研究,从外挂墙板适应主体结构的变形入手,分析要求外挂墙板小震弹性、连接节点中震弹性且大震不屈服。主要研究一种点支承转动型预制混凝土外挂墙板的连接节点,通过对该节点的设计、有限元分析、安装、试验,表明该节点具有良好的受力性能、构造简单、施工方便,安装一次到位定位,减少高空作业吊装时间,并可调节施工和安装误差。
Prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels are suitable for various types of main structures and exterior facade requirements.This article combines engineering examples to design and study deformation forms,connection nodes,installation,experiments,and other issues in the design of prefabricated concrete external wall panels.Starting from the adaptability of external wall panels to the deformation of the main structure,it analyzes the requirements for small earthquake elasticity of external wall panels,medium earthquake elasticity of connection nodes,and non yielding during large earthquakes;The main focus of this article is on the connection node of a point supported rotating precast concrete external wall panel.Through the design,finite element analysis,installation,and experiments of this node,it is shown that it has good mechanical performance,simple structure,and convenient construction.It can be installed in place once,reduce the lifting time of high-altitude operations,and adjust construction and installation errors.
