摘要 厦门嘉丽广场项目建筑业态复杂。为充分实现建筑功能需求,结构未断缝,未设后浇带,形成大底盘双塔建筑;结构存在多塔、扭转不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、塔楼偏置、局部斜柱和穿层柱、大跨度等多项不规则。设计进行了多种软件、多种模型的计算分析比较,重点对比整体与分塔模型的各指标变化情况,通过概念判断,与计算分析相结合,对结构关键和薄弱部位有针对性地采取措施。同时,采用SAUSAGE大震动力弹塑性时程分析,结构达到了预期的抗震性能目标。为此,对结构设计中的主要问题进行分析总结,供相关工程技术人员参考。 Xiamen Jiali Plaza project is a complex building.In order to fully realize the functional requirements of the building,the structure is not broken,and there is no post-pouring belt,forming a large chassis and twin tower building.The structure has many irregularities,such as multi-tower,torsional irregularity,floor discontinuity,dimensional mutation,tower bias,local inclined column and through-storey column,and large span.A variety of software and a variety of models were calculated and compared in the design,and the changes of each index of the whole model and the sub-tower model were compared emphatically.Through the combination of concept judgment and calculation analysis,the key and weak parts of the structure were targeted to take measures,and the structure achieved the expected seismic performance target by SAUSAGE dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis.This paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems in structural design for reference of engineering and technical personnel.
