Research on the design and construction of pressure-type anti-floating presterssed anchor for a project in Hangzhou

以杭州某工程为例,通过设计计算、构造形式、施工及验收,探索在满足《建筑工程抗浮技术标准》(JGJ476—2019)的规定下,压力型预应力抗浮锚杆在地下室抗浮设计中的应用,为今后类似项目提供参考。

Taking a project in Hangzhou as an example,through design,structural forms,and construction and acceptance,this paper explores how the pressure-type prestressed anti-floating anchors can be installed in the basement under the requirements of Technical standard for building engineering against uplift(JGJ476-2019).To provide reference for similar projects in the future.
