基于“肝藏魂”理论分析小补肝汤在肿瘤相关性失眠中的应用

Analysis on the application of Xiaobugan Decoction in cancer-related insomnia based on the theory of“Liver Storing Soul”

肿瘤相关性失眠作为临床上肿瘤患者常见的并发症之一,可出现在肿瘤发生发展及抗肿瘤治疗后,往往影响肿瘤患者的生活质量、肿瘤治疗的疗效以及肿瘤疾病的预后。对于其治疗,西医往往依靠苯二氮卓类等药物,长期使用存在着依赖性、成瘾性和疗效差等问题,故需要寻求中医药的帮助。肿瘤相关性失眠在中医学中归属于“不寐”范畴,结合中医基础理论中的藏象学说“肝藏血,血舍魂”理论,认为“不寐”与肝密切相关,其病因病机在于“肝不藏魂”。本文从“五脏寄五神”“神、魂”角度来探讨失眠发生的病因病机,着重指出“肝藏魂”与肿瘤相关性失眠密切相关。并介绍从“肝”着手运用小补肝汤治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的临床疗效,从而为“肝藏魂”理论在治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的临床运用上提供思路。

Cancer-related insomnia is one of the common complications in clinical oncology patients,can appear after tumorigenesis and development and anti-tumor therapy,which often affects the quality of life of oncology patients,the efficacy of oncology treatment and the prognosis of oncology diseases.For its treatment,Western medicine often relies drugs such as benzodiazepines,and long-term use of which has problems such as dependence,addiction and poor efficacy,so it is necessary to seek the help of traditional Chinese medicine.Cancer-related insomnia belongs to the category of"insomnia"in Chinese medicine.Combined with the theory of"liver storing blood and blood shed soul"in the basic theory of Chinese medicine,it is believed that"insomnia"is closely related to the liver and its etiology and pathogenesis lies in"liver does not store the soul".In this paper,we discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia from the perspective of"five viscera storing five spirit","spirit with soul",and analyzes that"liver storing soul"is closely related to Cancer-related insomnia.It also introduces the clinical efficacy of treating Cancer-related insomnia with Xiaobugan Decoction from the perspective of"liver",thus providing ideas for the clinical application of the theory of"liver storing soul"in the treatment of Cancer-related insomnia.
