Strategies for Cultivating Vocational Competence of Higher Vocational College Students Based on School-enterprise Collaboration

职业素养是高素质技能人才的根基,对于学生的职业发展至关重要。加强对高职学生职业素养的培养是高职院校实现人才培养目标的重要途经。该文分析了当前高职院校学生职业素养的现状和高职院校职业素养的培养困境,阐述了企业在培养学生职业素养过程中的重要性,从“共建教师队伍、共建素质课堂、共研素质课程、共创素质文化、共评素质考核”等渠道探索了校企协同培养学生职业素养的策略。

Vocational competence is the foundation of high-quality skilled talents,and it is crucial for students’career development.Strengthening the cultivation of vocational competence in vocational college students is an important way for vocational colleges to achieve their talent training goals.This article analyzes the current situation of students’vocational competence in vocational colleges and the difficulties in cultivating vocational competence.It elaborates on the importance of enterprises in the process of cultivating students’vocational competence,and explores strategies for fostering vocational competence through channels such as“co-building teacher teams,co-building quality classrooms,co-researching quality courses,co-creating quality culture,and co-evaluating quality assessment.”
