摘要
随着国家颁布的各项推动新能源汽车发展政策的落地,以及近几年新能源汽车技术突飞猛进的发展,从政策和技术层面进行双向驱动,使得环卫车逐步由传统燃油车向新能源车转变。作为商用车客户最关心的经济效益,如何尽可能降低整车能耗成为各家环卫企业高度重视的问题。以某18t环卫车底盘开发为例,基于后台数以百辆的环卫车运行数据,分析车辆行驶速度占比、能耗分布占比等,从车辆硬件、软件两方面进行优化,以便尽可能地降低车辆的运行能耗,从而为客户创造更大的经济效益。
With the implementation of various policies issued by the country to promote the development of new energy vehicles,as well as the rapid development of new energy vehicle technology in recent years,bi-directional driving has been carried out from the policy and technical levels,gradually transforming environmental sanitation vehicles from traditional fuel vehicles to new energy vehicles.As the most concerned economic benefit for commercial vehicle customers,how to minimize vehicle energy consumption has become a highly valued issue for various environmental sanitation enterprises.Taking the development of an 18 ton sanitation vehicle chassis as an example,based on the operation data of hundreds of sanitation vehicles in the background,this paper analyzes the proportion of vehicle driving speed and energy consumption distribution,and optimizes the vehicle hardware and software to minimize the operating energy consumption of the vehicle and create greater economic benefits for customers.
