交叉路口是道路交通事故的高发地,违反道路交通信号灯是导致道路交通事故的主要原因之一,车辆或行人是否存在闯红灯的违法行为是判定事故责任中路权的重要依据,而现有的部分路口监控设备无法记录判断车辆或行人是否存在违反道路交通信号灯的违法行为,文章结合实际鉴定案例对交通事故信号灯状态鉴定的方法进行介绍。

Intersections are a high-risk area for road traffic accidents,and violating road traffic signals is one of the main causes of road traffic accidents.Whether vehicles or pedestrians have violated red lights is an important basis for determining road rights in accident liability.However,some existing intersection monitoring devices cannot record and judge whether vehicles or pedestrians have violated road traffic signals,This article introduces the method of identifying the status of traffic accident signal lights based on actual identification cases.
