汽车连接器簧片结构参数对振动特性影响分析

摘要 振动可靠性是对汽车连接器的一项基本要求,在连接器设计研发阶段,可通过合理的端子设计来提高连接器的耐振动性能。根据常用连接器的结构特征,选定连接器簧片结构参数作为设计因素。基于连接器端子的受力状态和动力学理论,分析连接器簧片的振动响应特征,以及结构参数与耐振动性能间的相关性,并采用有限元方法进行计算分析,从簧片根部应力变化率和触点处接触力变动率两方面对分析结论进行验证。结果均表明,当外部激励频率在簧片共振频率以下时,增加簧片宽度、缩短簧片厚度、增长簧片长度均有益于提高连接器耐振动性能。 Vibration reliability is a basic requirement for automotive electrical connectors.And the vibration durability can be improved by selecting the proper parameters of the terminals in the design stage.According to the structure of the electrical connectors which commonly used in practical,the effect of design parameters of the reed of the socket were mainly considered in the present paper.Based on the condition of the constraints and theories on the dynamics,the dynamic response of the reed of socket were analyzed,as well as the correlations between the design parameters and the vibration durability.And calculations were also conducted by the method of FEM,the variation of stress and contact force under different design parameters were calculated,the calculation results agree well with the analysis conclusions.The results show that,increasing the width of the reed of socket,decreasing the thickness of the reed of socket,and increasing the length of the reed of socket are all benefit to improve the performance of vibration durability,when in the frequency range under the resonance frequency.
