摘要
文章介绍火花塞绝缘体点击穿的故障模式、失效后果以及造成点击穿的成因,并提供几种火花塞成品抗电检测方法,还对不同的抗电方法的优劣势和可靠性进行探讨,得出更加适用新一代增压发动机用火花塞的抗电检测方案以及检测电压设置的原则,以便能提高火花塞抗电检测的可靠性,降低车辆短里程行驶后发生火花塞绝缘体点击穿的故障率。
This paper introduced failure model,failure effect,and root cause of spark plug insulator puncture,provided several high voltage test methods for finished spark plugs,discussed the advantage,disadvantage and reliability of different test methods,recommended a kind of test method and test voltage setting criteria which is suitable for spark plug for new generation turbo charged engines,and thus to improve reliability of high voltage test,decrease the failure rate of spark plug insulator puncture after short distance running of vehicle in the field.
