摘要
当发动机出现故障时,对其进行故障诊断选用常规的接触检测方式可排除故障,但操作复杂、精度低、易引起附加损伤。文章对汽车发动机的机械故障进行非接触采集相关数据,将采集的数据进行深入研究和分析,通过与标准数据进行对比,可提高故障检测的准确度以及工作效率,再对数据进行整理分析,为进一步提升汽车发动机的故障诊断技术提供依据。
When the engine fails,the conventional contact detection method can be used for fault diagnosis to eliminate the fault,but the operation is complicated,the accuracy is low,and the additional damage is easy to cause.Non-contact collection of relevant data on mechanical faults of automotive engines,in-depth research and analysis of the collected data lines,comparison with standard data,can improve the accuracy of fault detection and improve work efficiency,and then collate and analyze the data,providing a basis for further improving the fault diagnosis technology of automotive engines.
