This paper introduces a kind of detection equipment applied to the front and rear bumper installation station of the vehicle production line.The device uses the indicator to display the wiring harness connection status,and can be flexibly customized according to the model configuration.It has the features of low cost,convenient use,fast detection,strong practicability and flexible customization.By applying this equipment in the production line,we successfully solved the problem of reworking the front and rear bumper installation stations,improving production efficiency and product quality.
