摘要
发电机作为商用车的主要供电来源,是柴油发动机的重要零件之一。近年来,随着油耗要求不断提高,以及商用车智能化、一体化的架构需求,智能发电机成为当前研究的重点。LIN调节器借助成熟的LIN通信网络,具备成本低、适配性强的优势。通过智能发电机与电子控制单元ECU的双向通信,发电机与发动机的工况可以形成最佳匹配,ECU依据车辆工况发出指令,调整发电机参数,并要求调节器反馈其状态参数,可以依据SOC、坡度变化等参数优化整车控制策略,防止蓄电池过充,节约整车油耗。
As the main source of power supply for commercial vehicles,generator is one of the important parts of diesel engine.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of fuel consumption requirements,as well as the intelligent and integrated architecture needs of commercial vehicles,intelligent generators have become the focus of current research.With the help of LIN communication network,LIN regulator has the advantages of low cost and strong adaptability.By the communication between the intelligent generator and the engine control unit(ECU),the working conditions of the generator and the engine can form the best match.The ECU adjusts the parameters of the generator by sending messages according to the working conditions of the vehicle,and requires the regulator to feedback its state parameters.The vehicle control strategy can be optimized according to SOC,slope gradient and other parameters.This can prevent battery overcharging and save the fuel consumption of the vehicle.
