摘要
文章介绍国Ⅵ某燃油车由于DTESK进行燃油泄漏诊断会产生误报、漏报等诊断问题,通过从燃油系统硬件和标定策略两方面进行分析,受限于周期及费用因素,无法进行燃油系统硬件更改,故采用增加标定策略来规避误报风险,并经过多车型多次数试验验证,可以有效解决误报故障的问题。
This paper introduces the CN6 vehicle caused fuel leakage diagnostic problems such as false positives by DTESK.Through analyzing from two aspects of fuel system hardware and calibration strategy,because of project period and cost factors,we can't change fuel system hardware.The calibration strategy is increased to avoid the risk of false positives.The calibration strategy can effectively solve the problem of false positives after many vehicles and many times test.
