摘要
通过对渤海典型稠油油田LD-5油田稠油的组分、分子结构进行表征,揭示渤海稠油黏度较大的机理,结合分子模拟技术研究针对其分子组成特性的降黏方式。研究表明,渤海稠油重质组分含量高、且重质组分含有较多长侧链、多环结构的分子是使其黏度较大的主要原因,分子模拟结果表明,添加表面活性剂能够分散、减少重质组分立体堆积的作用,从而实现降低稠油黏度的目的。
By characterizing the composition and molecular structure of heavy oil in LD-5 oilfield,a typical heavy oil field in Bohai Sea,the mechanism of high viscosity of heavy oil in Bohai is revealed,and the viscosity reduction method for its molecular composition characteristics is studied with molecular simulation technology.The research shows that the high content of heavy components in Bohai heavy oil and the heavy components containing molecules with long side chains and multi-ring structures are the main reasons for its high viscosity.The molecular simulation results show that the addition of surfactants can disperse and reduce the three-dimensional accumulation of heavy components,achieving the purpose of reducing the viscosity of heavy oil.
