摘要
以湖南省某职业技术学院的“双师型”教师队伍建设现状进行了调查分析,针对该职业院校“双师型”教师队伍存在的教师占比数量、教师结构配比、教师建设制度等一系列问题,提出了规范师资队伍标准,协调师资队伍配置,健全师资队伍管理机制等应对策略,从而积极打造一支高水平的“双师型”教师队伍。
This paper investigates and analyzes the construction of“double-qualified”teaching team in a higher vocational college in Hunan Province.In view of a series of problems existed in teachers’proportion,composition and construction system,the study proposes corresponding measures such as normalizing teaching team’s standard,optimizing the structure of teaching team and completing management system of teaching team,which helps to form a high-level“double-qualified”teaching team.
