基于CDIO的工科类学生创新能力培养探索与实践

摘要 在行业智能化建设及创新人才需求的背景下,开展了基于CDIO的学生创新能力培养探索与实践研究。首先,从发展趋势的角度,分析了人才培养现状和未来需求转变;其次,确定创新人才培养的定位,构建了基于CDIO的创新人才培养模式与体系;最后,从实践探索、科创驱动等方面初步探索了工科类学生创新能力培养模式。经过多年的教学实施与验证,该模式在一定程度提升了工科类学生的创新能力,符合新时期工科类人才培养要求。 Against the backdrop of industry intelligence construction and the demand for innovative talents,an exploration and practical research on the cultivation of students'innovation ability based on the CDIO mode has been carried out.Firstly,from the perspective of the current situation and development trends,the analysis is made on the current status of talent cultivation and future changes in demand.Secondly,the positioning of innovative talent cultivation is proposed,and an innovative talent cultivation model and system based on the CDIO concept are constructed.Preliminary exploration of the cultivation model of innovation ability for engineering students is conducted from the perspectives of practical exploration and science and technology-driven innovation.After years of implementation and verification,the results show that this model has to some extent enhanced the innovation ability of engineering students,meeting the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era for engineering disciplines.
