沿黄山东段人口迁移与经济发展的耦合关系研究

Study on the Coupling Relationship Between Population Migration and Economic Development along the Eastern Section of Mount Huangshan Mountain

为推进黄河流域生态经济区特别是沿黄山东经济带高质量发展,运用系统耦合理论,以沿黄山东段九个地市作为案例区域,从人口迁移与经济发展的耦合协调关系分析入手,对2012—2022年沿黄山东段的人口迁移与经济增长两系统之间的协调关系进行分析。结果发现,沿黄山东段总体耦合度不高,呈波动演进状,涨幅不大,处于初级协调发展阶段;沿黄山东段各市人口迁移与经济发展水平存在一定的空间分异,区域分异明显,人口迁移波动涨幅不大。因此,在经济高质量发展阶段,沿黄山东段九市应“腾笼换鸟”,大力推进传统制造业改造升级以及加大对人口问题的关注度,共同促进人口与经济协同发展达到最理想状态。

In order to promote the high-quality development of the ecological economic zone of the Yellow River basin,especially along the Yellow River Shandong Economic Belt,the coordination relationship between the two systems of population migration and economic growth along the eastern section of Mount Huangshan Mountain from 2012 to 2022 was analyzed by using the system coupling theory,taking nine cities along the eastern section of Mount Huangshan Mountain as the case areas,starting with the analysis of the coupling coordination relationship between population migration and economic development.The results show that the overall coupling degree along the eastern section of Mount Huangshan Mountain is not high,showing a fluctuating evolution,with a small increase,and it is in the primary stage of coordinated development;There is a certain spatial differentiation between population migration and economic development level in cities along the eastern section of Mount Huangshan Mountain.The regional differentiation is obvious,and the fluctuation of population migration is not large.Therefore,in the stage of high-quality economic development,nine cities along the eastern section of Mount Huangshan should“vacate their cages and replace birds”,vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry,and increase the attention to population issues,so as to jointly promote the coordinated development of population and economy to reach the optimal state.
