Analysis of the Social Integration of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

当今社会的农民工群体主要是以“80后”“90后”的新生代农民工为主,同时,他们对我国的社会和经济发展也发挥着重要的作用。随着城市化发展步伐的不断加快,新生代农民工群体对于社会融入情况的关注也会与日俱增。因此,探讨这一问题的解决方式势在必行。基于此,通过对新生代农民工社会融入问题进行分析,提出要对就业制度进行完善、对户籍制度进行改革,要通过开展社区活动消除新生代农民工的心理隔阂,提升新生代农民工的个人素质,增加他们的留城自信心,从而解决新生代农民工的社会融入问题。

The main group of migrant workers in today’s society is the new generation of migrant workers born in the 1980s and 1990s.At the same time,they also play an important role in China’s social and economic development.With the continuous acceleration of urbanization development,the attention of the new generation of migrant workers towards social integration will also increase day by day.Therefore,it is imperative to explore solutions to this problem.Based on this,through the analysis of the social integration of the new generation of migrant workers,it is proposed that the employment system should be improved,the registered residence system should be reformed,the psychological barriers of the new generation of migrant workers should be eliminated through community activities,the personal quality of the new generation of migrant workers should be improved,and their confidence in staying in cities should be increased,so as to solve the social integration problem of the new generation of migrant workers.
