大跨度连续梁桥挂篮系统优化设计与施工关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 连续梁悬臂施工及挂篮设计过程中,由于荷载简化不合理、施工不规范、材料性能不佳等因素导致安全问题频发。依托沪渝蓉高铁岩花特大桥连续梁工程实例,对菱形挂篮的主桁架系统、行走及锚固系统、导向系统、吊杆系统、底托系统进行结构设计,并通过数值模拟方法对挂篮结构刚度、强度及稳定性进行分析与优化设计,结合工程现场菱形挂篮悬臂施工工艺,提出特大连续梁桥施工控制要点,确保桥梁施工期间主体结构的受力与线形满足设计要求,同时可为类似连续梁桥悬臂施工及挂篮设计提供参考。 During the cantilever construction of continuous beams and the design of hanging baskets,safety issues often arise due to factors such as unreasonable load simplification,non-standard construction,and poor material performance.This article relies on the continuous beam engineering example of the Yanhua Super Large Bridge on the Shanghai Chongqing Chengdu high-speed railway to design the main truss system,walking and anchoring system,guiding system,suspension rod system,and bottom support system of the diamond shaped hanging basket.Through numerical simulation methods,the stiffness,strength,and stability of the hanging basket structure are analyzed and optimized.Combined with the cantilever construction technology of the diamond shaped hanging basket on the engineering site,the key points for construction control of the super large continuous beam bridge are proposed,ensure that the stress and linearity of the main structure during bridge construction meet the design requirements,and provide reference for cantilever construction and hanging basket design of similar continuous beam bridges.
