摘要
结合北京燕化医院肿瘤中心用房工程,介绍了直线加速器机房的超厚墙、顶板及其预埋件的医用性质特殊性,为防止直线加速器工作时射线泄漏,达到防辐射规定,直线加速器机房墙体及顶板厚度均在1 m以上,墙体及顶板最大厚度均为3.2 m。本研究从超重模架体系质量控制、超重顶板模架体系控制、预留洞口及套管倾斜角度控制等方面制订了一系列技术措施,保证了施工质量。
This article introduces the special medical properties of the ultra thick wall,top plate,and embedded parts of the linear accelerator room in conjunction with the Beijing Yanhua Hospital Cancer Center building project.In order to prevent radiation leakage during the operation of the linear accelerator and meet the radiation protection regulations,the thickness of the wall and roof of the linear accelerator room is above 1 m,the maximum thickness of both the wall and roof is 3.2 m.This article has formulated a series of technical measures from the aspects of quality control of overweight formwork system,overweight roof formwork system control,reserved hole and casing inclination angle control,etc.,to ensure construction quality.
