基于智能建造的建筑企业数据资产化框架研究

摘要 数字经济正在迅猛崛起,成为各行业蓬勃发展的关键推动力,就建筑业而言,智能建造成为重要抓手,而数据流转是建筑业发展智能建造的关键驱动力,数据资产是数据流转的重要体现,因此探究数据资产化过程极为重要。通过梳理并提出建筑工程数据资产概念,分析建筑企业面临的数据资产化问题,给出“一架构、二维度、三阶段”的数据资产化基本框架。该框架内含建筑企业数据流与价值流两个逻辑维度,统筹数据生成、数据资源化、数据资产化3个关键阶段,涵盖数据采集、数据传输、数据存储、数据治理、数据应用、数据确权、数据估值、数据交易8个子过程,有助于突破建筑企业数据资产化瓶颈,发挥数据驱动价值,助力数据资产建设。 The digital economy is rapidly rising and becoming a key driving force for the vigorous development of various industries.In terms of the construction industry,intelligent construction has become an important lever,and data circulation is a key driving force for the development of intelligent construction in the construction industry.Data assets are an important manifestation of data circulation,so exploring the process of data assetization is extremely important.This article outlines and proposes the concept of construction engineering data assets,analyzes the data assetization problems faced by construction enterprises,and provides a basic framework for data assetization of one architecture,two dimensions,and three stages.This framework includes two logical dimensions of data flow and value flow for construction enterprises,and coordinates three key stages of data generation,data resource utilization,and data assetization.It covers eight sub processes:data collection,data transmission,data storage,data governance,data application,data rights confirmation,data valuation,and data transactions.It helps to break through the bottleneck of data assetization for construction enterprises,leverage datadriven value,and assist in data asset construction.
