摘要
介绍了硫化态THFS-2催化剂在重整预加氢装置的应用情况,包括催化剂的装填、活化以及性能标定,并对预加氢装置运行过程中存在的反应器压力降高的问题提出了优化建议。与非硫化态催化剂相比,THFS-2催化剂具有开工简单、开工时间短、开工风险小的特点。标定结果表明:在反应器入口温度289℃、压力2.94 MPa的条件下,精制油中硫、氮、氯的质量分数均小于0.5μg/g并且砷、铜、铅的质量分数均小于1.0 ng/g,满足重整进料的要求,说明THFS-2催化剂在较低的温度、压力下具有较好的活性。
The industrial application of sulfurized catalyst THFS-2 in the reforming pre-hydrogenation unit was introduced,including the loading,activation,and performance calibration of catalysts.Optimization suggestions were proposed for the problem of high reactor pressure difference during the operation of the pre-hydrogenation unit.Compared with non-sulfurized catalysts,THFS-2 catalyst has the characteristics of simple start-up,short start-up time,and low start-up risk.The calibration results show that under the conditions of reactor inlet temperature of 289℃and pressure of 2.94 MPa,the mass fractions of sulfur,nitrogen,and chlorine in the refined oil are all less than 0.5μg/g and the mass fractions of arsenic,copper,and lead are all less than 1.0 ng/g,meeting the requirements of reforming feed,indicating that the THFS-2 catalyst has good activity at lower temperatures and pressures.
