深度问题解决能力:概念特征、理论框架及培养路径--基于AIGC技术赋能视角

摘要 问题解决能力是学生高阶思维能力的关键能力,问题解决能力培养是教育适应人工智能时代社会人才需求的必要途径。教学中,由于问题解决者本身存在知识有限、认知局限、多场景能力迁移难等客观现象,以及教学培养活动中设置问题本身的价值失效、问题解决能力培养异化、问题解决能力评价的思维固化等,导致问题解决能力培养缺乏深度。在充分挖掘AIGC的独特技术能力的基础上,提出了深度问题解决能力的概念及其核心特征。鉴于此,AIGC赋能问题解决能力培养,构建了深度问题解决能力发生的理论框架,主要包含问题逻辑思维链从短变长、技术决策链从单视角到多视角、生成性反思链从单场景到多场景迁移应用,并阐述了深度问题解决能力培养路径,为问题解决能力培养提供一种新理论、新实践思路。 Problem-solving ability is the key ability of students‘higher-order thinking ability.The cultivation of problem-solving ability is a necessary way for education to meet the needs of social talents in the era of artificial intelligence.In teaching,due to the objective phenomena such as limited knowledge,cognitive limitations,and difficulty in multi-scene ability migration of problem solvers,as well as the value failure of setting problems in teaching and training activities,the alienation of problem-solving ability training,and the thinking solidification of problem-solving ability evaluation,the problem-solving ability training lacks depth.On the basis of fully tapping the unique technical capabilities of AIGC,the concept of deep problem solving ability and its core features are proposed.In view of this,AIGC empowers the cultivation of problem-solving ability,constructs the theoretical framework of the occurrence of deep problem-solving ability,mainly including the problem logical thinking chain from short to long,the technical decision-making chain from single perspective to multi-perspective,and the generative reflection chain from single scene to multi-scene migration application,and expounds the deep problem-solving ability training path,which provides a new theory and new practical ideas for the cultivation of problem-solving ability.
