湿润烧伤膏联合负压封闭引流治愈巨大皮肤脓肿1例报告

Huge Skin Abscess Cured by MEBO Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage:A Case Report

给予2023年4月23日湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的1例合并糖尿病的背部巨大皮肤脓肿患者在抗感染、调控血糖、托里消毒散加减等对症支持治疗的基础上,局部创面于脓肿切开引流术后采用湿润烧伤膏及负压封闭引流序贯循环治疗。治疗13周后,创面明显缩小,基底部可见大量鲜红色肉芽组织生长,患者出院,并于门诊继续使用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗。出院1周后随访,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤遗留浅表性瘢痕。

One diabetic patient with a huge back skin abscess,admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine on April 23,2023,was treated with MEBO combined with vacuum sealing drainage after abscess incision and drainage,on the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments such as anti-infection,blood glucose control and modified Tuoli Xiaodu Powder.After 13 weeks of treatment,the wound decreased obviously in size,with lots of bright red granulation tissues growing at the wound base,and the patient was discharged from the hospital to manage the dressing change of MEBO at outpatient clinic.During the follow-up one week after discharge,the wound was completely healed with superficial scar hyperplasia visible on the healed skin.
