电影《第二十条》的现实叙事与隐喻表征

摘要 2024年张艺谋导演的现实主义巨作《第二十条》如期上映,成为春节档的票房黑马。影片一改以往的主旋律类叙事风格,以平实活泼的镜头语言、扎实的叙事基础直面现实症候,为现实主义题材增加了生活化的喜剧外壳。同时影片以核心人物的内在情感为推动力,以其生活琐事为联结点,串联起三组社会案件。三线交叉之下实现了社会现实的隐喻表征,展现出人性中灰暗的褶皱处。影片高扬主旋律精神,通过对社会生态的真实描摹与幽暗人性的深度表征发出了法治的正义呐喊,迎合了老百姓最朴素的情感期待,展现出现实主义在社会法制领域的美学光芒。 In 2024,Article 20,the realistic masterpiece by director Zhang Yimou,was released as scheduled,becoming a dark horse in the box office during the Spring Festival.Different from previous narrative style of the main theme category,the movie reveals existing problems with plain and lively camera language and solid narrative foundation,adding the comedy shell of life to realistic themes.At the same time,the film un-folds three groups of social cases with the inner emotions of core characters as the driving force and trivial matters in life as the link point.Under the cross of three lines,the metaphorical representation of social real-ity is realized,showing the darkness of human nature.In the spirit of the main theme,the film caters to the simplest emotional expectations of the common people to show the aesthetic light of realism in the field of social legal system by a just cry of the rule of law through the true depiction of social ecology and deep rep-resentation of dark human nature.
