新时代以教育家精神引领高素质教师队伍建设探析

摘要 “中国特有的教育家精神”对指导新时代教师队伍建设意义重大。新时代以教育家精神引领教师队伍建设的发展逻辑为起点,通过对新时代教师队伍建设中教师职业修养和道德追求、教师职业吸引力、教师培养培训体系、教师地位待遇等现实存在的问题进行深入剖析,并从“为何当教师、为谁当教师、怎样当教师”层面提出以教育家精神引领教师队伍建设路径,即要树立胸怀大志、担当光荣的教育使命;落实立德树人、树立崇高的教育德行;因材施教,提升教师育人智慧;勤学笃行,坚定教育追求;强化教师的职业认同,饱含深厚的教育情怀。 “China’s unique educator spirit”is of great significance to guide the construction of teachers body in the new era.Starting from the logic of the development of the construction of teacher team led by the spirit of educators in the new era,through in-depth analysis of the practical problems in the construction of teacher team in the new era,such as teachers professional accomplishment and moral pursuit,teachers profes-sional attraction,teachers training system,teachers status and treatment,etc.And from the level of“why to be a teacher,for whom to be a teacher,how to be a teacher”,it puts forward the way to lead the construction of teachers body with the spirit of educators,that is,to set up a lofty ambition and take on a glorious educa-tional mission;Implement moral education and cultivate people,and set up lofty educational virtues;Teach students according to their aptitude to enhance their wisdom;Study diligently,and firmly pursue education.Strengthening the professional identity of teachers is full of profound educational feelings.
