摘要
高速螺旋复合钻进技术是针对破碎松软复合煤体钻孔过程中出现的问题进行改进的一种方法。通过研究给进速度、压风风量以及钻具转速等关键参数,确定了合适的钻进参数;此外,设计了3种具有高强度、良好刚度和钻孔保直性较好的钻具组合,分别为?110/63.5 mm、?95/60.3 mm和?88/50 mm。通过优化钻杆材质,并选择了三角锥齿PDC钻头,提高了螺旋钻具的使用效果。同时,匹配了ZDY6000LR大功率钻机,增强了深孔成孔的能力和成孔率。在某煤矿4318工作面的现场工业性试验中,证明了高速螺旋复合钻进技术和配套的钻探装备与钻具组合可以有效解决施工过程中的排渣困难和喷孔顶钻等问题。钻孔成孔率得到了显著提高,百米以上的钻孔成孔率超过70%。
High speed spiral composite drilling technology is a method of improving the problems encountered during the drilling process of broken soft composite coal bodies.By studying key parameters such as feed speed,compressed air volume,and drilling tool speed,suitable drilling parameters were determined.In addition,three drilling tool combinations with high strength,good stiffness,and good drilling straightness were designed,namely∅110/63.5 mm,∅95/60.3 mm and∅88/50 mm.By optimizing the material of the drill rod and selecting the triangular bevel PDC drill bit,the effectiveness of the spiral drilling tool was improved.At the same time,it was matched with the ZDY6000LR high-power drilling rig,enhancing the ability and rate of deep hole drilling.In the on-site industrial test of No.4318 working face in a certain coal mine,it was shown that the high speed spiral composite drilling technology and the matching drilling equipment and drilling tool combination can effectively solve the problems of difficult slag discharge and top drilling of spray holes during the construction process.The drilling completion rate has been significantly improved,with drilling completion rates exceeding 70%for drilling over 100 m.
