以产教融合推进职业教育高质量发展实施路径研究——以安徽警官职业学院为例

On the Implementation Path of Promoting High-quality Development of Vocational Education through the Integration of Industry and Education——A Case Study of Anhui Vocational College of Police Officers

加快职业教育高质量发展是实现教育兴国战略的必由之路。深化产教融合、校企合作是推进职业教育发展的关键之举。以安徽警官职业学院为例,职业院校应立足经济社会对人才的需求,理性分析产教融合发展面临的困境,积极从完善产教融合体制机制、构建校企协同育人机制、培育“双师双能型”师资队伍以及搭建资源共享平台等四个维度探究产教融合实施路径,从而更好地服务于区域经济和行业创新发展。

Speeding up the high-quality development of vocational education is an essential way to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the nation through education.Deepening the integration of industry and education as well as the cooperation between schools and enterprises are the key moves to promote the development of vocational education.Taking Anhui Vocational College of Police Officers as an example,vocational colleges should base their efforts on the economic and social demand for talents,rationally analyze the difficulties faced by the integration of industry and education,and actively explore the implementation path of the integration from four dimensions,including improving the system and mechanism of integration of industry and education,constructing a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,cultivating a“double-qualified”teaching staff,and building a resource sharing platform,so as to better serve the regional economy and industry innovation and development.
