高职院校“双师型”教师职业认同及提升策略研究

摘要 高职院校“双师型”教师是培养高素质技术技能人才的良匠之师,职业认同水平会影响教师的专业自主发展和人才培养质量。调研发现,安徽省高职院校“双师型”教师的职业认同水平较高,但是没有随年龄、工作年限、月收入的增加和职称的晋升而明显提升,影响教师职业认同的因素主要可以归纳为社会因素和学校因素等方面,因此建议从国家、学校和个人三个层面实施相应的策略以提高“双师型”教师职业认同水平。 The“double-qualified”teachers in vocational colleges are excellent craftsmen who cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.The level of professional identity affects the professional independent development of teachers and quality of talent training.The research reveals that the professional identity level of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges in Anhui Province is relatively high,but it does not significantly improve with age,work experience,monthly income,and professional title promotion.The main factors that affect teachers’professional identity can mainly be attributed to social and school factors.Therefore,it is recommended to implement corresponding strategies from the national,school,and individual levels to promote the professional identity level of“double-qualified”teachers.
