摘要
为解决地方自建铁路面临的信息化程度较低、施工现场管理面广、质量安全问题频发等问题,以新建福州港后铁路项目为例,构建福州港后铁路监管一体化平台。依托现场管理实际需求提出平台建设总体思路和技术架构,阐述平台开发的关键技术、接口标准化的设计方案和便于管理的部署方案,重点介绍数字孪生底座、进度管理、巡检管理、数据分析管理、安全帽管理、质量管控等关键功能模块。通过开放标准数据接口搭建的信息化管理平台,能够解决地方自建铁路项目中的信息孤岛问题,实现数据统一、接口统一和数据集中管控,并提供信息共享和决策支撑。平台建设思路可为其他地方铁路的信息化建设提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of low informatization level,wide construction site management and frequent quality and safety issues faced by local self-built railways,an integrated platform for railway supervision of the rear of Fuzhou Port is built by taking the newly-built railway,the railway channel project of the rear of Fuzhou Port,as an example.Based on the actual requirements of site management,this paper puts forward the general idea and technical architecture for platform construction,expounds the key technologies of platform development,the design scheme of interface standardization,and the deployment scheme that is easy to manage.This paper focuses on the introduction of key functional modules such as digital twin base,progress management,patrol inspection management,data analysis management,safety helmet management and quality control.The information management platform built through open standard data interfaces can solve the problem of information islands in local self-built railway projects,realize unified data,interface and centralized data control,and provide information sharing and decision support.The platform construction ideas can provide a reference for the informatization construction of other local railways.
