The Art Inheritance and Consumption Enlightenment of Modern Round Bamboo Furniture in the Era of Intelligent Manufacturing

圆竹家具是中国传统文化的重要载体,为了推广圆竹家具,营造传统文化生活环境,本文梳理了传统圆竹家具的文化传承和发展脉络,分析归纳了圆竹家具设计的原则和共性,总结出传统圆竹家具的艺术传承和文化特质。同时,探讨了圆竹家具中的文化现象,对圆竹家具的文化符号进行了挖掘。在此基础上,分析了现代圆竹家具的消费倾向,得出了文化导向、环保导向、设计导向、工艺导向共同作用影响消费者决策的结论。此外,对现代圆竹家具的智造创新进行了分析,提出了生产标准化、连接方式五金化、部件模块化的圆竹家具智能制造发展路径。最后,从设计、制造、管理、服务四个角度阐述了圆竹家具智能制造的发展前景。

Circular bamboo furniture is an important carrier of traditional Chinese culture.In order to improve the adaptability of circular bamboo furniture,create a traditional cultural living environment,in this article,the cultural inheritance and development of traditional circular bamboo furniture were summarized,the principles and commonalities of circular bamboo furniture design were analyzed,and the artistic inheritance and cultural characteristics of traditional circular bamboo furniture were summarized.Meanwhile,the cultural phenomena in circular bamboo furniture was explored,the cultural symbols of circular bamboo furniture were excavated.On this basis,the consumption tendencies of modern round bamboo furniture was analyzed and the cultural orientation,environmental protection orientation,design orientation,and craftsmanship orientation jointly affected consumer decision-making.Moreover,the intelligent manufacturing innovation of modern round bamboo furniture was the concluded and the development path for intelligent manufacturing of round bamboo furniture was also proposed,which included standardized production,hardware connection methods,and modular components.Lastly,the development prospects of intelligent manufacturing of round bamboo furniture was put forward from four perspectives,including design,manufacturing,management,and service.
