摘要
[目的]探索葡萄籽提取物对围产期奶牛泌乳性能和乳品质的影响。[方法]采用随机数字表法,将60头身体健康、胎次相近、泌乳周期和预产期相近的围产前期荷斯坦牛均分成4组,每组15头,每组设置3个重复,每个重复5头。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的葡萄籽提取物。正式试验的第42d,对各组荷斯坦牛的平均日产奶量,平均日采食量,料奶比,乳汁中的乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、体细胞数统计分析。[结果]与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组平均日采食量、平均日产奶量均明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的料奶比明显降低,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组乳汁中的乳脂率、乳蛋白率和乳糖率均明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组乳汁中的体细胞数均明显降低,且差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]葡萄籽提取物能显著提升围产期奶牛的泌乳性能和乳品质。基础日粮中添加0.3%的葡萄籽提取物,作用效果最优。
[Objective] To explore the effect of grape seed extract on lactation performance and milk quality of perinatal dairy cows.[Method] Ⅰn this experiment,60 perinatal Holstein cows with healthy body,similar parity,similar lactation cycle and expected date of delivery were divided into 4 groups of 15 cows each,and 3 replicates of 5 cows each were set up in each group.0%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% grape seed extract were added to the basic diet in the control group,experimental group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ respectively.On the 42nd day of the formal experiment,the average daily milk production,average daily feed intake,feed-milk ratio,milk fat rate,milk protein rate,lactose rate and somatic cell count of Holstein cows in each group were statistically analyzed.[Result] Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily milk production of the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The feed-to-milk ratio of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ decreased significantly,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The milk fat rate,milk protein rate and lactose rate in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased significantly,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The somatic cell counts in the milk of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly reduced and the differences were significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Grape seed extract can significantly improve the lactation performance and milk quality of perinatal dairy cows.Adding 0.3% grape seed extract to the basic diet has the best effect.
