摘要
透平运行过程中,流量、进排汽参数、抽汽量等发生变化时,整体轴向推力数值也将出现极大波动,甚至方向可能发生变化,同时,透平也有可能出现事故运行工况,此时各方面参数可能出现较大异常。在透平设计及运行过程中,必须综合考虑各工况轴向推力变动情况,将各工况的轴向推力控制在合理范围,进而掌握平衡或降低异常趋势的必要手段,提高机组运行的安全性及经济性。本文从透平轴向推力的原理出发,分析轴向推力的变工况特性,进而可以对透平不同工况的轴向推力进行预判,指导透平的安全及经济性运行。
In the process of turbine operation,when the flow rate,inlet and exhaust parameters,steam extraction volume and so onchange,the overall axial thrust value will uctuate greatly,and even the direction may change.The turbine may also experienceaecidental operation.Under these working conditions,there may be major abnormalities in various parameters.in the process olturbine design and operation,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the variation of axial thrust under various conditions,control the axial thrust within a reasonable range,and then master the necessary means to balance or reduee abnormal trends,so asto improve the safety and economy of unit operation.Based on the prineiple of axial thrust of turbine,this paper analyzes the ofldesign characteristics of axial thrust,which can predict the axial thrust of turbine under diferent conditions and guide the safe andeconomie operation of turbine.
