某汽轮机组中低压连通管振动分析及处理

摘要 部分中排供热汽轮机组存在中低压连通管振动的问题,给机组安全运行带来极大隐患。文章对某电厂汽轮机连通管振动问题实例分析,通过现场试验及数值模拟的方法分析原因并提出改造措施,经验证可有效解决连通管振动问题。 Some middle-exhaust heat-supply steam turbine units have the problem of the vibration of the cross-over pipe,whichbrings great hidden dangers to the sale operation of the units.In this paper,an example of the vibration problem of the cross-overpipe of a steam turbine in a power plant is analyzed.The reasons are analvzed through tests and numerical simulation.and theimprovement measures are put forward.It has been verified that the problem of cross-over pipe vibration can be elfectively solved.
