正中神经返支的解剖与影像学研究进展

Research progress on anatomy and imaging application of median nerve recurrent branch

在进行腕管松解术或手腕的创伤修复术时,如果发生了正中神经返支的医源性损伤,术后会出现拇指对掌功能受限及拇指捏物能力下降等症状。详细了解正中神经返支的解剖变异、影像检查及返支相关疾病的治疗对预防医源性损伤十分重要。本文就正中神经返支的解剖、影像学检查及超声引导下返支相关疾病的治疗进行综述。

During carpal tunnel release or wrist trauma repair,if iatrogenic injury of the recurrent branch of median nerve occurs,symptoms such as limited thumb opposition and decreased thumb pinching ability will occur after operation.A detailed understanding of the anatomical variation of the recurrent branch of the median nerve,imaging examination and treatment of recurrent branch related diseases is very important for the prevention of iatrogenic injury.This paper reviews the anatomy and the imaging examination of the recurrent branch of the median nerve,as well as the treatment of ultrasound-guided recurrent branch related diseases.
