摘要
在初中体育教学中,田径是其中主要的教学内容之一。田径项目对运动员身体素质的要求很高,通过积极的训练不仅可以有效地预防运动伤害,还可以取得良好的运动成绩。在中学田径训练中进行身体训练是非常有必要的,而要保证身体训练的效果,就必须掌握一些关键技术。该文对初中田径训练中体能训练方法进行了探讨,旨在为提高初中生田径水平提供一些借鉴。
In physical education teaching in junior high schools,track and field is one of the main teaching tasks.Track and field events have high requirements for the physical fitness of athletes,and through active training,they can not only effectively prevent sports injuries,but also achieve good athletic results.It is very necessary to conduct physical training in track and field training in high schools,and it is necessary to master some key techniques to ensure the effect of physical training.The article explores the training methods for physical fitness in track and field training in junior high schools,aiming to provide some reference for improving the track and field level of junior high school students.
