摘要
随着健康中国战略的提出,全民健康、全民运动成为我国民众身体素质提升的核心理念,体育训练作为实现健康中国战略的基本形式,不仅可以提高全民身体素质,还能够促进全民心理健康。但是,在体育训练中,运动损伤是不可避免的。基于此,该文将探讨体育训练中运动损伤的原因及预防策略,希望能够为健康中国战略布局及实施提供参考。
With the proposal of the"Healthy China"strategy,national health and national movement have become the core concepts of improving the physical quality of the public.As a basic form of realizing the Healthy China strategy,physical training can not only improve the physical fitness of the whole people,but also promote the psychological health of the whole people.However,in physical training,sports injuries are inevitable.Based on this,this article will explore the causes of sports injuries in physical training and their prevention strategies,hoping to provide reference for the layout and implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
