新文科背景下大学瑜伽课程项目式教学模式研究

摘要 在加快推进新文科建设的背景下,通过项目式教学提升大学体育课程的新文科建设具有积极意义。本文在分析项目式教学对瑜伽课程新文科建设积极作用的基础上,从学习主题设计、学习过程设计、支持环境设计、评价方式设计等维度入手探讨了如何设计瑜伽课程项目式教学方案。提出了分析培养目标,确定项目主题;聚焦现实需求,设置驱动问题;针对核心素养,设计学习目标;基于学习目标,开发学习内容;丰富任务形式,管理项目进程;开展多元评价,诊断学习效果等六个关键环节,以期为提升大学瑜伽课程的综合育人效能提供理论参考。 In the background of accelerating the construction of new liberal arts,it is of positive significance to enhance the supporting role of the construction of new liberal arts in university physical education courses through project-based teaching.On the base of analyzing the positive role of project-based teaching in the construction of new liberal arts in yoga courses,this article explores how to design project-based teaching plans for yoga courses from the dimensions of learning theme design,learning process design,support environment design and evaluation method design,and proposes six key links:analyzing training objectives to determine project themes,focusing on real needs to set driving issues,designing learning objectives for core competencies,developing learning content based on learning objectives,enriching task formats and managing project progresses,and conducting multiple evaluation to diagnose learning outcomes,in order to provide theoretical references for improving the comprehensive educational effectiveness of university yoga courses.
